Shona whelped yesterday and has a nice even litter of nine strong puppies sired by Atraglen Olly of Longcopse. Both parents have 0:0 elbows, 3:3 hips, current clear eye certificates and the puppies will never develop CNM, EIC, SD2 or PRA. Shona is a tall athletic bitch, who is a superb gamefinder; she remains calm under pressure, yet has drive and style. She was awarded a COM at her first field trial last December, and she competed in ten working tests last summer, being placed in eight of them, including winning an open water test.
I kept a pup from Shona’s previous litter, who is working very well, as are her siblings, and I will be keeping a pup from this litter.
