TRAINING AND WORKING MOIDART
Moidart has proved to be a fast learner and has been very straightforward to train. She is quick to learn, being keen to retrieve, yet calm and sensible when working with other dogs, and she is very determined when hunting an area for a tennis ball, so I feel that I have another promising young dog.

WORKING TEST RESULTS
Moidart is totally unfazed by all the noise and bustle of a working test and curls up in a ball to sleep while waiting her turn, earning her the nickname of The Dormouse.
Moidart started competing at the tender age of 11 months and ran in five puppy working tests in 2018, being placed every time, with results as follows:
21st April 2018, SEGS puppy test at Pangdean, 2nd place, as well as being awarded the Wadeshot cup for the highest placed puppy under 15 months old.
15th July 2018, URC puppy test at Chailey, 1st place.
12th August 2018, KSSLRC at Turner’s Hill, 3rd place.
9th September 2018, Cancer Research charity day at Fletching, 1st with a score of 95/100.
30th September 2018, SIWS at Turner’s Hill, 3rd place.
Moidart also ran in a special puppy and a novice test and was not far behind the places, so she has been very consistant for such a young dog.
23rd June 2019, UGS Novice Water at 500 Acre Wood, 3rd place.
30th June 2019, Southern Inter Club Match at Isenhurst, novice dog on the team placed 2nd, with the highest team score.
1st June 2023, Labrador Retriever Club water test at Stowell Park, CoM.
3rd June 2023, Usk Valley Working Gundog Club, CoM.
11th June 2023, Shropshire Gundog Society at Walford College, 1st place.

HEALTH TEST RESULTS
Moidart has 0 elbows and 2:2 hips as well as a current clear eye certificate; she is clear for CNM, EIC and SD2, but a carrier for PRA, so she will be mated to a dog that is clear for PRA to ensure that her puppies will not be affected by this condition.
